It’s a lot of fun to make large, flashy photo books, but it’s also fun to make small notebooks and photo books! They require a special amount of care and delicacy.

 

The first pictured is a mini yoga journal with an embroidered cover made for yours truly. I made it to document my weekly yoga practice, but also as a way to experiment with making tiny books. Hopefully this is the first of many!

 

The Second book pictured is a small accordion photo book containing photos from my instagram of little things I enjoy in life. I cut out small holes in the double-sided pages to give each photo a new perspective when peered through the other side. I embroidered the cover of this book as well.
