This photo book was created after my study tour in Korea in the summer of 2017. It has a blind letterpressed cover, and insert on the front inside cover with my transportation card, and scanned and reprinted brochures/postcards inserted in the back cover. I also scanned some pins, stickers, and coasters from the trip. I made two copies simultaneously, one for myself, and one as a gift for my professor who took us on the study tour!

 

This trip, while short, gave me a new perspective on international design and how other cultures view design and art. We visited museums, met Korean students in design programs, and attended lectures, among visiting 7-11’s, taking pictures of Seoul, and hiking up mountains at sunrise.
